TASTING NOTES
The color is rich and golden, almost like antique gold in its liquid form. The complexity of the nose is incredible. It begins with notes of dried fruits such as apricot, hazelnut and toasted almonds, nuances of orange peel stand out, and ends with notes of spices and salted almonds. You can enjoy it as an aperitif with foie gras, toasted almonds, or a selection of cheeses. It is also a great dessert pairing with passion fruit cheesecake. Serve chilled.
